From cargo dimensions to shipping documents, discover the information our logistics team needs to review your shipment and prepare a quotation.
A freight quotation starts with understanding your shipment. Providing cargo details, locations and handling requirements helps our logistics team review your request and identify suitable service options.
Start with origin and destination
Include the origin and destination countries, cities and postal codes. If collection or final delivery is required, provide the pickup and delivery addresses where available.
Indicate your preferred transport mode: air, ocean, road or multimodal. If you are unsure, select “Not Sure” so your requirements can be reviewed.
Describe your cargo
Provide the commodity, package type, number of packages, weight and dimensions. For shipments containing different package sizes, list each package separately.
Include total gross weight, volume, cargo value and the date your cargo will be ready. Confirm whether the cargo is stackable, contains dangerous goods or requires temperature control.
Add documents and special instructions
Upload available packing lists, commercial invoices, cargo photographs or an existing quotation-request document.
Use the additional information field to explain special handling needs, collection conditions or delivery requirements.
What happens next?
Once your request is submitted, you receive a quotation reference and confirmation email. Our team reviews the information and contacts you regarding your requirements. Submitting a request does not provide an instant automated rate.
